“We were looking to build a loft conversion to create more living space and some outdoor space with access to direct sunlight.
Luis helped us to capture all of the various components we wanted to be part of the design brief and then transformed them into some really creative ideas, many of which we would never have thought possible. We took our favourite components from each idea, which Luis was then able to bring together in a final proposal which was far beyond what we had thought possible.
Given the difficulty in getting planning permission for roof terraces, Luis was very helpful in articulating design ideas and providing photographs to get the planning authorities comfortable with the proposal. From there, Luis worked very collaboratively with our building contractors, always being on hand to solve practical problems with solutions which didn’t compromise the design.
