Profile

We are an Architect led design firm that has built its reputation since 2009 on the quality of our designs and delivery of projects around the world. We put the dialogue with clients at the heart of the design process. We always take time to thoroughly analyse and explore your brief, challenging assumptions and preconceptions. Our lateral thinking ensures the final design strategy is one that delivers the maximum potential from each site, and a design that is practical, flexible and open to the future. Our creativity lies in our ability to think, develop and visualise ideas in three dimensions developing client briefs by inviting and encouraging response from involved parties as a means to defining key parameters which in turn “unlock” the potential of the schemes.

Our approach to the planning of buildings stems from getting the most out of the brief and site. Innovative solutions in maximising net / gross efficiency have helped develop a prestige for achieving value for money in our work. Our work reconnects people with their environment through the careful manipulation of the sensual qualities of light, material and space. We create spaces that support and encourage the expression of contemporary life.

We are closely involved in every project to ensure quality control and client satisfaction, supported by our thorough quality management procedures. As a result, we have created and built award winning schemes that thanks to our hard work has demonstrated that it has been well worth the process.

She adds value in reviewing the projects from the initial concept, fit-for-purpose design, buildability, maintenance, marketability, and feasibility. Noor’s input of reviewing the project from various perspectives proved to be integral to the design process and allows the project to be more robust. Joined LTA after working on the Stirling Prize shortlisted Ashmolean Museum extension in Oxford.
