The objective of this project is to enhance the ground floor of the house by opening up the south side and refurbishing the kitchen, dining and entry areas. Our goal is to introduce natural light and create a balance between communal and private spaces, as well as improve the overall efficiency of the layout by relocating the existing bathroom and reducing its size. We aim to rationalize the kitchen and utility space with appropriate architectural changes, while preserving and enhancing the character of the house and the surrounding area. Our design approach takes into account the clients' budget and physical comfort, as well as the requirements for obtaining a Full Planning Permission.
