Private House Morrocoy Parque Nacional Morrocoy, Estado Falcon, Venezuela Project 2008
The National Park of Morrocoy in Falcon, Venezuela, is home to a remodelled house that has been transformed into a retreat. The project involved a Conservation & Refurbishment of the existing property which had an unstable foundation, requiring a supporting wall to be built. This construction also allowed for the addition of a hot tub/jacuzzi within the house. A veranda was also added to the structure, offering views to the north, which provides a cooler and more shaded orientation in this location. The top floor was reconfigured to include three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the kitchen was relocated to the lower level, serving the communal areas and the pool.
